01. Scope of Services
TrustworthyTech.CO (TTS.CO) provides specialized procurement of Lenovo™ enterprise hardware, including ThinkPad™, ThinkCentre™, and ThinkEdge™ series.
Service_Verification:
All assets are sourced via Tier-1 authorized distribution with verified manufacturer warranties and direct OEM support integration.
02. Orders & Provisioning
- [30_DAY] Validity period for all logged quotes.
- [STK_LVL] Lead times vary: 2-7 days (US Stock), 14+ days (Custom BTO).
- [VOL_DSC] 10+ Units (5-7%), 25+ Units (10-15%).
03. Financial Protocol
Standard terms: NET 30 from date of invoice.
• Purchase Orders required for aggregate manifests exceeding $25,000 USD.
• Settlement via ACH or Wire Transfer only. Card processing incurs a 2.9% overhead fee.
• Delinquent accounts subject to 1.5% monthly compounding interest.
04. Warranty & Support
Provisioned hardware includes Lenovo Premier Support (3-year onsite standard). TTS.CO acts as the primary liaison for Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) claims within 30 days of delivery.
